Delivered through enhancements to existing fiber-powered infrastructure rather than widespread neighborhood rebuild.
Role: Coordinated readiness, planning, tracking, stakeholder alignment, communication, and execution visibility across Field Operations, Access Engineering, CARE, Marketing, and executive leadership.

Upstream Network Segmentation (UNS)
Reliability and capacity program that segments the upstream network to reduce customer blast radius, improve troubleshooting, and increase upstream capacity. The accomplishment is designing and operating the prioritization, planning, scheduling, and governance model that determines how work executes (not merely executing the work). Now coupled with 32D (network-capacity expansion and infrastructure modernization initiative, coupled with UNS), which both require a system reboot, substantially increasing scheduling complexity.
Role: Designed and operates the authoritative scheduling and prioritization model across 11 priority dimensions, limited maintenance windows, boundary-partner coordination, geographic imbalance, and executive/engineering/field alignment.

BWM Program Dashboard Suite (AI-Assisted Engineering)
A suite of live, always-on internal web dashboards -- governance, upstream capacity/grooming forecasting, an interactive scheduling engine, and a high-utilization watchlist -- that replaced a recurring manual weekly reporting cycle (collecting data, refreshing spreadsheets, updating PowerPoint slides) for the UNS/32D upgrade programs. Personally designed and built using AI-assisted engineering practices (Claude Code, VS Code) on Python/Linux, on a shared data foundation: a twice-daily network-data cache, a compiled governance-plan pipeline, and a common code library enforcing consistent business rules across every dashboard.
Role: Sole designer and builder. Owns the shared data/automation architecture (event-driven refresh so every dashboard updates hands-free after each twice-daily data pull), the governance and capacity-forecasting dashboards, the interactive scheduling engine's web UI (intentionally read-only/sort-only in production, gated behind an operator switch so no path can trigger a full schedule run from the site, with a documented known-issue-and-recovery path), and the utilization-monitoring system with its shared team-notes service.

Identified a previously unknown scalability limitation in partner software (Pioneer Digital MOD Application Server) during pre-production validation for a large-scale deployment. The platform failed processing concurrent session setup requests.
